A historical house built into a cave by Swiss missionaries in the 1800s. Exhibits blend Lesotho’s natural history, missionary life, and Basotho heritage.
Basotho hospitality. Modern comfort. Riverside calm.
In the Quthing district of southern Lesotho, near the Qomoqomong and Senqu (Orange) rivers, Fuleng blends authentic Basotho-inspired architecture with easy, reliable stays.
Our story
Fuleng Guest House was born from a love of hospitality and a deep appreciation for the beauty of southern Lesotho. We wanted to create more than just a stopover — our dream was to build a place where travellers could rest, connect, and feel at home.
The thatched Basotho-inspired design reflects the rich culture of our community, carrying a spirit of warmth and tradition. At the same time, every room and space has been shaped with comfort in mind — clean, simple, and serene, making it easy for guests to unwind after a long journey or a busy day.
Whether you are here for work, a weekend reset, or to explore Quthing’s natural and cultural sites, our goal remains the same: to provide a restful and authentic experience that feels like a true home away from home.
